We're looking for energetic and dedicated individuals with a positive mindset to join our Allstate Agency based in Redding, California.
Key Requirement:
To be eligible for this role, you must reside in the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zone and have the ability to work until 5:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

Experience and Credentials:
- Required: Active Property and Casualty License.
- Preferred: Experience in insurance agency sales.
- At least 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry.

- Previous experience in insurance sales is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Manage the onboarding process for new business clients.
- Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments.
- Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources provided.
- Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST (consistent 40-hour workweek).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: Base pay of $25-$27 per hour plus bonuses. Total annual earnings range from $75,000 to $112,000, depending on performance.
