Experience and Credentials:
- Required: Active Property and Casualty License.
- Preferred: Experience in insurance agency sales.
- 1+ years in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Manage the new business onboarding process.
- Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments.
- Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources provided.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. A consistent 40-hour workweek. Pacific time zone 8:30 AM-5:30 PM PST.
